Roebuck Buildings completed a new 10,000 sq ft pre-engineered metal building project in Greer for OnDuty SC Inc. This building gives owners triple the space they had in their previous location and creates a showroom for the high-end outdoor grill and furniture portion of their business, a custom theater room to showcase their custom AV offerings, a 6,000 sq ft warehouse for their security service equipment, and 20 feet of ceiling height space to store and work on the giant mobile screens used in their AV screen rental business. The building also features 4,000 sq ft of office space, including a conference room and break room equipped for training. Fenced and paved parking and storage was created behind the building to accommodate the company’s fleet and the large trailers used to transport the AV screens.
