Gantt Fire and Sewer

Roebuck Buildings constructed a new fire department and sewer headquarters, as well as a sewer maintenance facility, for the Gantt District. The vehicle bay section of the building was constructed from conventional steel with a masonry veneer, and the adjoining building sections were wood frame construction with masonry veneer. The sewer maintenance facility was a pre-engineered metal building structure. In addition to the four emergency vehicle bays with front and rear entrances, the fire station portion includes a kitchen, gym, meeting space and living areas; and the sewer headquarters section includes offices and reception. The building is accented with a glass tower with masonry and ACM veneer to add architectural details.
