Carolina Southern Bank

Roebuck Buildings constructed a 3-story, 15,675 sq ft building for Carolina Southern Bank (most recently Synovus) in downtown Spartanburg. The structural steel frame bank features a Stucco facade. The project also includes a vault on the first floor, as well as an elevator. The upper two floors were designed with office and meeting spaces, and the bottom floor served the customer service function for the bank and includes elaborate millwork surrounding the teller counter area.
