Roebuck Buildings completed a renovation and addition to an existing dealership, effectively doubling the size, incorporating environmentally friendly features and other needed upgrades, as well as some new amenities for customers, such as a café and a 20-seat theater. Skylights were installed throughout the building to cut down on heat transfer and to create natural light. The restrooms were upgraded with new technologies to cut down on energy costs and water usage.
