"I had the pleasure of working with Roebuck Buildings on a Volkswagen dealership renovation project in South Carolina. Any time you are dealing with a renovation there are always surprises that come up throughout the project due to existing conditions. Roebuck was able to take each challenge in stride by quickly dissecting each hurdle and coming up with a solution that worked for all parties. Their communication was great and follow through was paramount. 

Specifically, I would like to distinguish Norman Norton and Dean Anderson for their knowledge and expertise throughout the project. Being a program manager, I was unable to be on site on a daily or weekly basis, so I relied heavily on them for updates and coordination. They were well organized, creative with solutions, and delivered prompt responses when necessary. As a result, the quality of construction was exceptional, and the dealership was in full compliance with VW brand standards. I believe this Volkswagen dealership to be one of the best before and after examples in the country.
