Roebuck Buildings built a state-of-the-art, 130,000 sq ft manufacturing facility for this industry leader in vacuum excavation. The project includes a structural steel frame with insulated metal panel exterior. It is made up of +/-10,000 sq ft of Class A office space and 120,000 sq ft+ fully conditioned manufacturing space including paint booths, laser cutting machines, storage, assembly, and a large area with welding stations. The warehouse HVAC was carefully designed to accommodate the heat output from machines, and the heat/smoke output of welding stations.
