Roebuck Building completed a service and distribution facility for Mid State Thermo King — a Thermo King dealer serving the Upstate with transport refrigeration, trailer repair, lift-gates, DOT inspections, and parts across Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina. The building runs just over 347 feet long with 17 overhead doors, including thirteen 14'x16' drive-through service bays and a dock door with leveler. Inside, roughly 5,100 SF of office and customer space wraps around a customer lobby, driver's lounge, conference room, and retail parts counter, with two large service areas and a parts warehouse making up the balance. A total of 9 office spaces, a breakroom, conference room, 9 restrooms, and a driver lounge area. The exterior consists of a split-face CMU and EIFS storefront with painted CMU and metal siding around the perimeter.
