Hentzen Coatings

Roebuck Buildings completed a 48,000 sq ft expansion project for Hentzen Coatings, an international performance coatings manufacturer for industrial, aerospace and defense applications. The building shell was constructed from load-bearing precast concrete panels with joist and metal decking for durability, fire resistance and easy long-term maintenance. The new building expands capacity for Hentzen’s manufacturing process, as well as its H-3 materials storage. To accomplish the expansion in a compliant manner, one structure was divided into three buildings with four-hour rated fire walls.
