This project was a 45,000 sq ft office and warehouse addition to the company’s existing 100,000 sq ft facility. In addition to comprehensive civil and site improvements to the campus such as light and heavy duty asphalt driveways and parking, landscaping and irrigation, this project included a pre-engineered metal building with 13,000 sq ft of office space over two floors, plus 19,812 sq ft of conditioned warehouse space and 12,312 sq ft of covered storage. Also included was LED high bay lighting in the warehouse, wet sprinkler system, elevator and control room, work-out room with gang locker rooms and showers, large commercial kitchen with a dining and meeting room, 1,100 sq ft of exterior aluminum storefront on first and second floors, and four 9’ x 10’ dock doors with manual dock levers & bumpers.
