Roebuck Buildings Announces New Project in Columbia County, Georgia
Projects
On Tuesday, September 24th, members of the Roebuck Buildings team, FLSmidth, Hock Development, the Development Authority of Columbia County, Georgia, and others participated in a groundbreaking ceremony for a new 150,000 square feet building. The site is the future campus of FLSmidth, the leading manufacturer and supplier of filter bags and air pollution control parts and services.
After two decades at the current headquarters for the company’s industrial air filtration operations and growing to occupy three separate buildings, the new facility will combine the offices, manufacturing lines, warehouse space, and quality control labs. Consolidating these operations by moving into the new facility will allow for improved productivity, efficiency, and room to grow for FLSmidth.
The construction is expected to be completed by mid-2020.
