Roebuck Buildings Announces Mill Renovation Project in Spartanburg, SC
Projects
We’re excited to begin the renovation of Star Mill, located in the Northside Community of Spartanburg. We are working with BF Holdings, LLC (who recently completed the Montgomery Building renovation) and SHLTR Architects to renovate the old Star Mill. Once a hosiery mill, the renovated space will be the new home of The Housing Authority of the City of Spartanburg.
The two-story brick structure will be upfitted and fully restored while maintaining the building’s unique architectural features. The building is 12,000 square feet, two floors, and will have an open floor plan. The project is anticipated to be complete at the end of the year, with The Housing Authority expecting to begin relocation to the new office in early December.
