The abandoned Star Mill was formerly a hosiery factory that Roebuck converted into new office space for the Spartanburg (SC) Housing Authority. The original 200 year old frame was repaired in some areas as well as replaced with structural steel where the timber could not be salvaged. Repairs were made to the brick exterior walls which were up to 17″ thick.

The Roebuck team partnered with SHLTR architectural firm for this project. It was completed on time and on budget.
