This 45,000 facility consists of office space and warehouse storage for DreamSeat, a division of Seating Solutions.
The facility includes office space, conditioned warehouse space, and covered storage. PEMB, standing seam roof, and insulated wall panels were used for the office area. The warehouse and covered area are metal building.
Although poor weather conditions and plenty of rain delayed the project by several months, the Project Team completed the project on time and within budget.
