The Roebuck Buildings team had its work cut out for them during this 49,650-square-foot renovation project for Mary Black Hospital’s outpatient surgery center. The project featured a wide variety of moving parts across five floors, with over 100 patient rooms and staff and support areas that needed renovation.

For the interior of the facility, a total of five floors were totally renovated. A new powerhouse upgrade was also installed alongside a new HVAC system. Finally, the exterior of the structure was updated with new windows and fresh paint to elevate the aesthetic presence of the facility.
