When the Dave Edwards Toyota dealership in Spartanburg, South Carolina was in need of a renovation to their existing structure, as well as a sizeable addition, Roebuck Buildings was happy to get to work. This project included a welcoming, modern seating area and lounge, a bright and clean reception desk, as well as a fully-equipped garage. To reduce heat transfer and create more natural light, skylights were incorporated throughout the structure. Restrooms were also upgraded throughout the facility to cut down on energy costs and water usage.
