Roebuck Buildings helped Ballew’s Aluminum Products by designing and building their new 100,000-square-foot corporate office in Duncan, SC. As a leading manufacturer of aluminum canopies, walkway covers, and other roof-over systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, this company needed ample office space for their employees, as well as a large warehouse for cutting, stamping, and storing aluminum products.

To meet the production needs of the client, Roebuck Buildings designed a 100,000-square-foot new construction. The structure consisted of a pre-engineered metal building with 10-foot-high split-faced block facade around the perimeter. This helped give the building an interesting architectural feature. Above the heated warehouse, Roebuck utilized a standing seam metal roof, and the floor was comprised of 6-inch-thick concrete. The interior of the facility also featured 6,500 square feet of finished office space, including executive offices, a lobby, a break room, and an open office for cubicles and storage.
