Construction Completed - Spartanburg Metal Buidling

Roebuck Buildings recently completed a 14,500 sq ft pre-engineered metal building for a Spartanburg construction materials supplier. The sprinklered building includes 2,700 sq ft of office space with polished concrete floors and 11,800 sq ft warehouse storage space with sealed concrete floors. The project also includes 4.4 acres of heavy-duty asphalt for an equipment and material laydown yard.
