Groundbreaking for Diana Food
Projects,Uncategorized
We recently broke ground on a new 90,000-square-foot facility for Diana Food in Banks County, Georgia. The facility, located in the Banks Crossing Business Park, will be predominantly dedicated to meat processing, and will include office, manufacturing, and warehouse space on nearly 40 acres.
Diana Food is a global provider of natural ingredients to the food and beverage industry. Diana Food manufactures a wide range of clean ingredients with a guarantee of product quality, traceability and food safety. With more than 1,000 employees, nine production plants, 11 sales offices, and seven research and development facilities, Diana Food is part of the Symrise Group.
The new Banks County facility will create more than 80 new jobs.
Although the groundbreaking was actually held inside the Banks County Courthouse Annex due to heavy storms and lots of rain, a large crowd including state and county government and economic development officials, Diana Food representatives, and several members of the Roebuck Buildings team attended the event.
