It is the policy of this company to take all practical steps to safeguard employees and the general public from accidents and to maintain at all times an effective, safe organization.

It is therefore, the company's policy to:

Recognize and accept its management responsibility to establish the guidelines and the framework within which a good accident prevention program can operate.

Emphasize to all supervisors their personal responsibility to enforce safety working procedures and conditions with their workers.

Conduct an on-going safety program with appropriate documentation as evidence of our interest in our employees and our desire to control unnecessary losses.

If a safety rule is modified so that the employee's safety is something less than it should be, the employee is to inform any member of management.

It is our earnest desire that every employee returns to his or her family in the same physical condition as he or she came to work.

Supervisors have been made aware of their accident prevention responsibilities and the following is what we believe necessary to the combined effort to operate without accidents:

No job shall be considered efficiently completed unless the worker has followed every precaution to protect himself and his or her fellow employees from bodily injury throughout the operation.

Employee should report to their supervisor and seek first aid for all injuries, however minor they may be.

Unsafe conditions, equipment, or practices should be reported as soon as possible.

Employees should not attempt to operate any machine or equipment for which they have not been trained to operate safely.

Each employee should consider safety training as part of his or her employment responsibility.
