Spartanburg Mayor Bill Barnett; members of the Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce; boardmembers, executives, and employees of the First National Bank; representatives from Roebuck Buildings and Campbell, Meek & Associates; as well as members of the community were present for the ground breaking at the First National Bank.

Architect: Campbell, Meek & Associates
General Contractor: Roebuck Buildings Co., Inc.

The First National Bank is adding onto their existing Pine Street building. The 14,406 sq. feet addition will be the Operations Center for First National Bank. It will house all of the general business offices, cubicles, etc. required for the day to day operational side of the banking business. The building is sized to allow the bank to grow internally as they look to expand into other market areas, and to allow all of their operational personnel to be centrally located at the main office location.
